I am 17 year old female I was diagnosed with pcod 2 years ago. The doctor told me to loose weight and do some lifestyle changes. Now my weight has reduced from 70 to 59 my acne have gone sometimes it appears but usually one or two then it disappears before my full face cheeks, chin, forehead was covered with it, I don't know if my periods are regular the cycle is of 45 days usually but my periods occurs in every 45-46 days. Before it won't come for like 4-5 months is there anything to worry about?

Hello madam, in this age you are suffering from pcod. It is not at all good for your future. Try to loose weight and pay attention to your menstrual cycle. Have your hormones balanced. Tske test of thyroid, fsh ,lh, estogen level etc. Then you may contact ultrasound expert to review the status of ovary and uterus. Hope you be fully cured. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
