If you have depression, then please get treatment and counselling for it. If you are suicidal, then you must see a psychiatrist/ counsellor immediately in a nearby hospital and take medical support from them. There must be something that is holding you back and not letting you take your life. Focus on this and find more reasons to live. Though suicide is an option that is always there, but I would like you to consider the fact that you are alive and living. Your life is precious and worth living. You are a valuable human being with a lot of potential, which you may not have recognised in yourself or just overlooked. Your counsellor will help you to find more options for your difficulties and help you feel hopeful and confident again. Keep in the company of people who are happy, cheerful and progressive, watch some comedy shows and take a holiday or something to relax your mind. Don' t take life so seriously, for every dark cloud, there is a silver lining. In every loss, that you have gone through, try to look for a positive meaning for yourself.
