Hi How the frozen shoulder should be treated for a person having age 45 years with no history of sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.

Hi, by regular physiotherapy frozen shoulder can be treated. Need to identify the tight muscle and to be stretched meanwhile also need to strengthen the weakend muscles around the shoulder complex. Manual therapy treatment need to be administered appropriately. Tapping also need to be done. Posture correction to be done if noted.
