Eat more foods more frequently than before. Drink whole cream milk 300-400 ml or milk shake. Use weight gainer supplement. Eat more dense vegetable like sweet potato with white potato, corn, carrot. Take dense fruits like banana, grape, chikoo, guava, mango etc. Add butter, cheese, cream, honey, jam, jelly with your food. Take protein rich foods like fish, egg, soy milk, soy products, mushroom, tofu, lean meat. Use more good fats in diet. Don't drink water just before or during meals. Do regular exercise for muscle development and healthy body. Take proper rest and lead a stress free life.
