Reduce carbs intake and take more of proteins in your diet. Eat more of soups, salads, baked, grilled and roasted options in your diet. Start workout/walk for 40 minutes regularly. Take 2-3 cups green tea daily. For targeted weight loss, enroll for monthly program. And use of any kind of medicines for weight loss will definitely have side effects in long term, plus the weight loss usually bounces back too.
