Does the patient consume alcohol? Coarse hepatic parenchyma means some disorder in the liver. It could be early stages of cirrhosis. A liver function test with pt/inr should be done immediately. Please share your usg report. This is a serious condition and needs to be tackled urgently. Please consult privately.
