I was diagnosed with segmental vitiligo on my left cheek with width of around 2 cm. Therefore consulted a dermatologist for the issue before the condition spreads. I also consulted another dermatologist for a second opinion. Doc 1 prescribe the following. melanocyl ointment (apply once a week with 15 minutes sun exposure) pacroma cream (apply night daily) t deleuco (every night after food for 20 days) doc 2 suggested the following nutro patch (alternate for 30 days) melbild lotion (daily morning and exposure for 20 minutes to sunlight) tacroz forte (daily night) just want to know which is an effective treatment in getting my skin repigmented. Suggestions would help me out a lot. Thank you in advance.

For focal vitiligo, localised treatment will work. Or medical therapy. But for purely segmental vitiligo, options other than vitiligo surgery are not so effective.
