Brushing regularly only may not be sufficient some times if there is any other underlying cause for foetid smell in mouth. Besides your girl may not be covering all the parts inside her mouth while brushing so there is smell. You personally watch her brushing and make sure she is covering all the parts while brushing. Proper way to brush is no horizontal strokes but vertical strokes. Make yourself sure that she brushes in vertical fashion. Use good toothpaste containing fluorine. Watch for her sweets and chocolate intakes and make sure she washes her mouth from inside every time she eats. Try this for a month. If this is not helpful consult a dentist nearby, if, I may doubt maybe the condition called gingivitis uncommon in children.
