I am 20. My weight is 70. I want to reduce my weight to 60 how to do it in a month or a week without any pills. Have tried many things but nothing is working out how to reduce it. Pleas help me.

Dear as per your height of 170 cm your weight shud be around 65 -70. Join a gym and do muscle toning exercises. They will get you the desired inch loss and give you a very nice toned body. All the best!
