Hallo. To get up early morning, is very difficult to all is not it? why is it difficult? think differently, try to sleep early and have a sound sleep, normaly you will wake up early. Why can not we have a sound sleep? its becouse of our lifestyle. Try to have light food at night, have dinner early by7. Do not see tv till you sleep. Stop it 2hrs before you sleep. Go to bed by 10. You will wake up by 5, 5.30 etc. Benifit. Just before sun set. It is the best time, where our mind is completly active, and that we can train it to our way. High concentration power. Ability to think in a higher level. We can feel the difference quickly if you practice it. Thank you.
