How to build confidence in my daughter which is 6 years old She has scared to do something independently in school or class eg. Show n tell activity She feels insecurity at outside She wants someone to be with her.

On sundays take her along to a park, leave her there to play independently with other kids, if possible give her a rope for rope skipping, give her almonds soaked overnight with milk, also give cod liver oil pearls 1x3times. If possible keep a small dog as pet and let her play with him.
