Hlw sir iam now only 21 years bt why I always feel so lazy. I always say I will study tomorrow but I cannot do that pls help.

Dear friend lybrate-user. I understand your question, see this lathargy show lack proper nutrition, or excessive intake of spice and junk food. If you want to improve your self just eat home maid, and get up early atleast 7am. Do some yoga pranayama. Within 1 month you will be alright. But yoga pranayama and surya namskar should be continue as your brushing habit.

Hi, after all its winters, its quite ok to feel little lazy, you can have some good food so that you can be energetic. Avoid oily foods, high sugars as well because it will make you more lethargic. Go for more fruits and vegetables, fluids and soups.
