Sometimes I have a serious headache on one side of my brain. Its aches a lot like I have to stop what I am doing close my eyes and try to relax to let it go. I want to know that is it just a headache or a migraine or something else?

Hey. Well to say that you are having a migraine headache, then the following things should be present. 1. One sided headache which is very severe lasting for few hours to days. 2. Head ache associated with nausea and vomiting. 3. Sensitivity to loud noise or bright light. 4. Along with this, many people have some triggers for migraine head ache like cheeze, yoghurt, colas, caffeine, stress. Etc. So now, you can very well decide whether you have migraine or not.
