To reduce extra weight do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups. Sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Don't have sugar, sweetened juice. Instead of these eat more whole fruit, vegetables as these will help to reduce fat. Take small quantity of food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Take more protein rich foods. Use good fats like olive oil, refined vegetable oil, almond, walnut. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Stay busy with work not with foods. Take proper rest.
