Hi, here are some tips which you can include in your lifestyle: restrict your sugar intake to 1 spoon per day. Avoid alcohal especially bear and scotch, can have red wine in moderation. Avoid late dinners. Plenty of water intake. Plenty of fibre rich diet in form of fruits, salads, oats, flax, bran, whole wheat cereals. Have good amount of probiotics in your diet like yogurt. 45 minutes any physical activity on daily basis. Avoid overusage of salt intake. Have small meals at short intervals of time.
