Sir, I am 20 years old male and am suffering fat in chest area. But I couldn't recognize whether it's just chest fat or gynecomastia. But I am puffy nipples which gets good shape and strengthened at the time of workouts and showering but normally it's really puffy and anyone can identify it through my shirt even though I wear vest sometimes I even uses 2 vests if the shirts colour is light. Is it gynecomastia or not? Is there any treatment other than surgery for gynecomastia? Please reply doctor.
