Dr, some time I have pain in heart. It will go after some time, or stay one or two days. Yesterday night also my right side of heart was painful at one point. When I drink water it is gone, but" mirchi" like pain coming and going. I cannot sleep at that night. 5 month ago my ECG was ok, cholesterol-235, weight-64kg, height-168 cm. I am not drinking of alcohol, and not smoking. Please advice doctor.
