I am 23 year old female having 60 kg weight. I suffer from many problems due to obesity. I want reduce my weight. Please gave me your guidance.

Regular physical exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, squats etc will help to reduce extra fat. Along with that maintain a balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Take whole wheat, whole grain, oat bran etc. Take protein rich foods like fish, egg white, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Take good fat like olive oil, fish oil, refined vegetable oil in small amount. Drink water 3 lit/day. Take lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Eat small amount of foods. Take proper rest.
