I am 25 years male. While running I have pain in my knees. I have consulted other doctors and they have recommended vitamin D and calcium tablets, still the pain persists. What should I do?

Advice. Wear good fitting shoes with silicon insoles. Stretch your leg muscles. Run on soft surface.

You need to take proper physiotherapy sitting to reduce the pain first and then start with the proper exercises to build stregnth in your leg muscles. These include proper stretching n stregnth ning exercise s. Continue with vit d n calcium
