I am 23 Year old girl have height 5' 3 & weight 65 kg suddenly. In past I had weight 42kg. I dont have thyroid & Im hypotension patient. Now I hv joined Gym & wanted 2 be 42kg.

You should control your diet take full meal in morning, fruits in afternoon, skimmed milk in the evening and oats, dalia, khicri. In the night. 3-4k. M. Brisk walking is must. Take 1)medohar vati. 2 tabs mor evening with Luke warm water 2) lauki juice 50 ml mor-evening gomutra 20 ml mor evening. All these medicines should be consumed empty stomach.
