You dinner should include roti/vegetables in plenty and salads. Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with � cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad. Thanks.

Obviously having rice at dinner is bad for losing weight. In case you cannot change your food habit then try to go to bed at least 1 hour after dinner. Just don't eat as much as you can. Always keep your stomach a little less than full after every meal.
