My weight is 75kgs and height is 5.5" I do not look too fat but my tummy is little large and my hip area is too big. Its like this since my childhood. I do not know what to do. I stay active always, do not do exercise regularly but at least thrice a week. But there is no change in my weight. Can please give me a perfect suggestion that I can reduce my weight?
