R. Sir/Mam, My brother is 53 yrs. His Wt. Is 110 kg. With height 170 cm. He is feeling burn in urination and pressure (flow) of urine is also decreased. His sonography report says that -Both kidneys: Are normal in size, shape and ecogenicity. Parenchyma is normal in thickness. Corticocentral differentiation is clear. A simple cortical cyst measuring 4.58x4.05 cms is seen at upper pole of left kidney. Pelvicalyceal system is compact. No hydronephrosis or renal calculus seen. Perennial areas normal. RK measures 9.46 x 3.95 cms LK measures 9.74 x 4.1 cmsProstate: Is moderately enlarged in size, normal shape and echogenicity. Parenchyma is homogenous. No focal mass seen. Capsule is intact. Prostate measures 4.46 x 3, 13 x 4.13 cms Approx. Wt. 30.89 gms. All other parameters and organs are normal. Kindly suggest the line of treatment.
