Your normal weight according to your height is 77 kg. To increase weight eat more food more frequently. Use bigger plate. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Include more sweet potato with white potato, chikoo, mango, banana, grape etc with other dense fruits and vegetables. Eat more fish, egg, lean meat, peanut, cottage cheese, almond, walnut, ghee, butter, cream, cake, chocolate etc. Use more healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, canola, refined vegetable oil etc. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water but not just before and during meals. Take proper sleep.
