My foreskin is very tight. It go back very little. One of the doctor here suggest me to apply lidocaine ointment. I want to ask that after applying have to leave ointment as it is for some hours or wash it within some minutes. Do lidocaine and lignocaine are same.

You may be having phimosis which requires a minor surgery for correction.Consult surgeon.Lidocaine/xylocaine are same.But it may not help if you have phimosis
