Hi, I have l5-s1, Herniated disc, with right leg pain, earlier I had severe pain, I took some ayurvedic treatment massaged, 50% is reduced, after 15 days now it has come back once again, doctor does not confirm surgery, if surgery undergone, he is not sure of curing, it is more than 3 months, still not cured, I have contacted 9 doctors, some doctors says go for surgery, some say wait do not go for surgery, it will take time to heal, earlier I was travelling by bike before back pain, now I travel by bus, please suggest what to do, will this get cured.
