I m 25 years old. Sir I have backpain since two weeks. I checked it to many doctors bt there is no relief. please suggest me. What I do?

Common causes of back pain are prolonged sitting, especially in bad posture, injury to back during certain activities and lack of regular exercise. You should try some physiotherapy and learn about proper posture. Control weight and do some back strengthening exercises. Medicines are for temporary relief only. If pain persists then you need to visit a spine surgeon for complete clinical evaluation.
