I am having pain in delta region of my left shoulder, lower back and muscle of my left thigh. I had muscle pull around 4-5 years ago which I treated with medicine and physiotherapy but still both the muscles are weak and whenever I start working out it starts paining. There were some noise in my left shoulder when I was working out so I stopped working out for a weak used oil for pain and now that noise is not coming but still having a little pain in my shoulder when I exercise. How should I strength my muscle of left shoulder and left thigh as well as pain in my back.

It's due to disc bulge at neck. bulged disc can be pushed back to it's normal place with manual therapy. try it good luck.
