I have got stretch marks on my shoulders but since last month they have started appearing on my arms i. E on my biceps and they are red in colour and very annoying what should I do? Is this because of me going to the gym? It has been 5 months since I have started gymming. What should I do to avoid them?

Stretch marks are due to loss of elastic fibres in skin. These fibres ensure when the skin is stretched it comes back to its normal state. In obesity, pregnancy cushings disease, these marks are formed when the fibres break and they can no longer resume their action. Natural remedies won't reverse this problem. But medications and procedures vil help. You can still use a mixture of olive oil and cocoa or shea butter to lighten it.
