I cant concentrate on any single work while I am doing anything on that time I will think about many other thing that doesn' t matter on the time and I am just 18 year old and mupy memory is too weak

Dear, I sincerely think you are exaggerating. You cannot concentrate on one work 100% because very few people will be able to do so. You cannot have memory loss problem because you are too young. Routing low memory is possible because of your lazyness or because of your hurried activities. That is all. You may consult a psychologist if you prefer. Take care.
