I am 18 years old, and since 4 months I am doing gym to maintain my body, whenever I'm doing workouts for back I am getting unconscious. please give me a solution for this.

When you are working out, please ensure you are balancing your body with proper healthy calories. Increase the intake of healthy calories like dark chocolate, nuts, granola bar, chikkis, etc. Increase the protein intake also.
