Hi Dr. yesterday night I was so tended when my exam results are going to come and I trying to sleep at time I was moving into the sleep suddenly I was awake my eyes got opened and my heartbeat goes increasing and my brain in rotating after that o drank some water and walk for sometime and it is repeated for sometime upto 2 am and I was not that sleepy at that time but I tried to close my eyes and sleep and I gone through a deep sleep but what was reason why it would had happen. Twice in week I will suffer through this problem.
