Moderate knee arthiritis. I am regularly doing yoga antirhumatic practices. Can it be total reversal.Pain is less but swelling is there ? please reply

Yoga for knee arthritis can help keep the knee some suppressing flexible so that you can use the knee for asking and sitting. The loss of cartilage however cannot be reversed as per the remedies available today. Take medicines as well to control inflammation. This will reduce swelling. If pain, stiffness and swelling persist consider Total Knee replacement surgery.
