I have vaginal yeast infection, and probably vaginitis too because I get frequent urination. I started changing undergarments and reduced moisture, also I have taken azithromycin for vaginitis yesterday. I feel comfortable, and frequent urination are better than before, what is actually working in. Hygiene or antibiotic? What should I continue? Because I have yeast infection too for which I was prescribed homeopathic medicine and said to take it and continue to take even after completing antibiotic course.

Both hygiene and antibiotic are giving you comfort. As for azithromycin, the dose will depend on the strength of medicine you have taken. It is taken as 2 gm for a single dose or in graded strengths for longer duration. I will request you not to try self medication. If you like you may contact a doctor locally or contact me online.
