Dear User, Make sure she eats a lot of green leafy vegetables, especially drumstick leaves, drumsticks, spinach these contain enough iron content. One egg a day will be also good. Make sure she drinks plenty of water. She can add fish also to her diet. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a Positive feedback as it helps me with my Practice. Thank you.
