You should have balanced diet with lot of leafy vegetables and cereals. Have red meat in moderation better to have lean meat like chicken and fish. With lot of fresh fruits and salard. Plenty of water by mouth. Avoid spicy and junk foods. You should maintain your weights as per your ht and wt that is ht in cm100+wt in kg.
