Ya, you are right but use sensitivity paste after bleaching and dont take excessive cold and hot or lemon for 7-10 day After that u will be normal with ur teeth.

No unfortunately we don't have any other process to whiten teeth. There are no side effects of bleaching apart from temporary tooth sensitivity in some cases. If your so worried about it then go for mild bleaching, there will not be any sensitivity issue.
