Respcted doctor I am male at the age of 25. I have been gaving some problems with my sleep.I don't sleep much.I am alone in my house and was very happy to be in that way but when i am in my bed at night its seems to be very hard for me to catch sleep. I tried out many ways to catch sleep like reading,watching tv yet i still has the problem it haunts me. So please give me some usefull tips in this case

Have a habit of sleeping before 10 pm. No tv after 7 pm. Apply ghee on foot & palm soles while sleeping. Have sweetened warm milk with jaiphal while sleeping. Sleep in a dark environment. Orally take tablet tagara while sleeping.
