My question and problem are I don?t feel tired anymore, I can stay up till late and only just go to my bed to close my eyes because of the actual time not because i?m tired. But when I wake up I don?t feel refreshed like one would feel after having a good nights rest, i?m struggling to find out what the problem is?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Chances are, your morning grogginess is just sleep inertia, which is a normal part of the waking process. Your brain typically doesn't instantly wake up after sleeping. It transitions gradually to a wakeful state. During this transition period, you may feel groggy or disoriented. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
