Wanna ask you how to reduce the weight? i consume very less amount of food still i became fat please can you advice me how to. Reduce my weight? i have done exercises yoga and tried alot. But. So please.

Hello eating less amount of food is not the way of reducing weight. To reduce your weight follow small meal pattern do not leave more than 3 hours gap between meals Keep sipping water cut on sugars,junk,refined and processed foods. And continue on the exercise
