I meet with an accident last month there was heavy blood loss now I always feel tired and lazy I am not able to be active and drink I need to stop it but I am not able to.

You may be having anemia due to lack of hemoglobin following loss of blood.Follow the advice given below 1.Take good nourishing diet like milk, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, fresh green leafy vegetables,tomato, pumpkin,beans,spinach fruits like apple,dry fruits like khajoor,kismiss soybean, Pulses, pane er, cheese etc 2.Drink plenty of water, 3..Go for regular exercise, 4..Take adequate rest, 5..Avoid physical and mental exertion. 6..Take Haem up syrup 3 tsf twice daily before food 7.Monitor your hemoglobin 8.consult me for further advice
