I am 27years old man I have pain in my neck. When I turn my neck pain occur my neck and chest also. I have tested my xray, blood etc. The doctor said no pbm in there reports. What can I do next?

The common cause of pain in the neck is cervical spondylitis which needs physiotherapy and neck exercises. But that should be decided by your treating doctor after thorough medical check up and investigations.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user most commonly, neck pain is causes by bad posture and lack of exercise. Especially if you're a computer proffessional or use mobile phone a lot. You should meet a physiotherapist and learn about proper posture and some exercises. If pain persists you should see a spine specialist.
