Dear sir, My son is aged about 11 years old and studying Vth to VI th now. He is having thyroid problem for 3 years and now he is taking THYROXIN 50 everyday morning.Since Last 2 months, he is taking half tablet of GLUCOMET at night as per doctor advise. But, his weight is not under control, since last 3 years. Now his weight is 74kgs and height is 5ft and 3inches. Will you please, advise to control weight. Thanks

You need to take professional advice for diet. Both these conditions need to be monitored well as your son is small and his needs are different from an adult. Following weight loss tips meant for adults will not only not help but may affect normal growth. Let your child indulge in some sport of his choice and let him eat small frequent meals. Avoid junk foods. Let junk foods be only once a week.
