Hii I am arvind 26 year old. I have gums and tooth problem. I am facing bleeding gums and plaque issue. After visiting dentist for cleaning session and in next 3 month again plaque deposited on my tooth. Pls share some home remedies which prevent tartar deposition.

Hi welcome to lybrate The main reason tooth problems is not brushing teeth regularly at night before going to bed. Also eating sweets/ noght at night . Take a mixed balanced diet and increase intake of boiled vegetables &fruits. gargle mouth with warm salt water regularly daily especially after dinner.
