I am 66 years old. My knees are not able to support me for the first 30 seconds, when I stand up. I can't walk more than 100 yards before I have to pause as energy is drained out completely from the leg muscles. There is constant ache, not pain in my legs. There is 30-40% lessened feeling of touch below navel.
