I'm 29, losing smell sense, and most of the time suffer from cold flu. What are the cause and what I need to overcome from this.

Please check if you have Deviated Nasal septum by an ent surgeon and the recurrent cold flu might be because of low immunity. Have good food avoid cold, carbonated drinks.

It could be because of some nasal problem. A nasal endoscopy or ct scan would help. Better to show to ENT specialist.

Loss of smell and recurrent cold may be indicative of any mass or polyp(may be allergic) in the nose that can be easily diagnosed by nasal endoscopy and CT scan.
