Good evening. I want to increase my body weight. I have two options jogging or going to gym. which one is better can you suggest me please.

Jogging and gym is not the solution to increase your weight. Take banana shake daily. Also take 10 soaked almonds on the morning grind it with 40 gram butter and sugar. Apply it on chappati or bread eat it with milk daily fir two to three months.
