I am 23 years old and since i am living away from home, it am not regular with the consumption of green vegetables. I am bit worried about the vitamin deficiency in my case. Is it then a good idea to consume multivitamins? and how well can fruits be the substitute for green vegetables concerning the vitamin intake?

Hello, your intake of less vegetables is not good but what ever problems you are facing you can take some multivitamins syrup or capsules to complement these , green vegetables not only gives multivitamin but they add fibers and give strength also, so at better you should take them only if possible.
