Day by day my weight is growing up. And some part in my body like arms and thies becoming fat. What should I do. Please suggest me any simple procedures to lose my weight ?

Hello Doing physical activity like yoga/aerobics/brisk walk every day is important. Do Not follow a sedentary lifestyle,keep moving around. For example when on phone walk and talk,use steps wherever possible instead of elevator. Keep sipping water and include more veggies in every meal
