Hello, You have depression. I do advise you try initially Meditation Concentration and relaxation Cognitive Behavior therapy and self analysis what is the conflict underneath or the trigger. Accept the same and slowly change you attitude from hopelessness to hope. You also try sleeping naturally over a period you will succeed. Don't rush,or jump into conclusion or make decision on yourself. Reality is different. Accept conflicts/events which have caused anxiety or depression without any reaction as they come and they will fade away. Take breaks for a holiday or relaxation with family and friends and children and have a change in life. Charge your body and mind and spirit with positive energy. Give others also positive energy, Automatically you will build a positive result.
